Product description

Spey Cascade, the latest addition to the Singleton of Dufftown line, debuted in spring 2015. It is blended from spirits aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and bottled without an age statement.

The author of the edition is one of Diageo's master blenders, Dr. Matthew Crow. Spey Cascade is a versatile whisky with a mild palette, an excellent introduction to the complex world of single malts .

Aroma : light and fresh, slightly malty, baked apples, red berries, grapefruit and a subtle hint of oak.

Taste: mild and sweet, apples, plums, lemon peel, toffee and sweet spices.

Finish: quite short, mild, baked fruit, marzipan and a pinch of cinnamon.
