Emerald Isle Special Reserve Irish Single Malt Whiskey /40%/ 0.7l
- Emerald Isle is a brand of Irish single malt whiskey from Aceo Ltd. portfolio.
Product description
Emerald Isle is an Irish single malt from the portfolio of Aceo Ltd, a company founded in 1999 by Edward Odim, a whisky broker.
In 2013, Aceo acquired the Murray McDavid whisky line, and a year later moved its operations from Gloucestershire to the Coleburn Distillery, which closed in 1985. The company also owns the Parkmore Distillery Company and the Parkmore brand (the Parkmore distillery operated in Dufftown from 1894 to 1931). The debut of Emerald Isle heralds Aceo joining the ranks of Irish whiskey producers. The Special Reserve presented here is the standard version of this whiskey, a young and extremely palate-friendly single malt from an undisclosed distillery.
