Product description
James Hennessy Cognac was launched in 2015, the year Maison Hennessy celebrated its 250th anniversary.
It is dedicated to James Hennessy, the eldest son of Richard Hennessy, the founder of the company. James christened the company with his own name (Jas Hennessy), gave high standards to the family cognac, and the brand its identity. James travelled extensively promoting Hennessy cognacs and gaining new markets for them. In order to give this edition an appropriately high profile, the company hired the famous artist Marc Newson to design the decanter. Its design perfectly reflects James' vision, while at the same time combining the past with the present. In 2019, sales of Hennessy cognac exceeded 8 million cases.
