Hamiltons Lowland Single Grain Whiskey / 40% / 0.7l
- In 2012 Charles Hamilton Ltd. released a range of regional single malt whiskies.
Product description
In 2012, Charles Hamilton Ltd introduced a range of regional single malts.
It included Speyside, Highlands, Lowlands and Islay. Each region had a different coloured label, featuring a picture of a locale and a map of Scotland (the name of the distillery was not disclosed). The whiskies were bottled at 40% ABV, without an age statement and offered at competitive prices. Hamilton's Lowland Single Grain debuted four years later. Grain whiskies do not have a regional designation, in this case we are certain that the distillate did not come from the Invergordon Distillery (the only grain distillery based in the Highlands). Charles Hamilton Ltd operates as a subsidiary of the Hillman Angus Dundee Distillers family.
