Malfy is distilled at Torino Distillati located at the foot of Piedmont's highest peak Monte Viso. The distillery has been in operation since 1906 and is now owned by the Vergnano family. Malfy Con Arancia debuted in 2018) with a version of Gin Rosa. The main ingredient in its formula is Sicilian blood oranges, which have recently been granted protected geographic status. Along with juniper berries, they are subjected to a 36-hour maceration, after which lemon and orange peel, coriander and angelica and orris roots are added and pre-distilled using the vacuum distillation technique.
Malfy Con Arancia explodes in the mouth with a load of citrus, bittersweet blood oranges, grapefruits and clementines, with traditional juniper notes in the background and a touch of fresh herbs. We recommend serving it with tonic Sicilian Lemonade.

Malfy is distilled at Torino Distillati located at the foot of Piedmont's highest peak Monte Viso. The distillery has been in operation since 1906 and is now owned by the Vergnano family. Malfy Gin Rosa is one of the brand's latest launches (2018), with the peel of pink grapefruits ripened in the Mediterranean sun, sourced from the citrus groves of Sicily, playing first fiddle in the formula. Together with other botanicals - juniper berries, lemon and orange peel, coriander, and angelica and orris roots - they are macerated for 36 hours and distilled using a vacuum distillation technique. The formula is completed with a small amount of rhubarb distillate.
Malfy Gin Rosa caresses the nostrils with a strong scent of grapefruit with a subtle hint of rhubarb, while in the taste, in turn, the slight citrus sweetness is balanced by juniper, coriander and angelica bitterness. We recommend serving it with a lime or rosemary-infused tonic and in Collins and Fizz cocktails.

Malfy is distilled at Torino Distillati located at the foot of Piedmont's highest peak, Monte Viso. The distillery has been in operation since 1906 and is now owned by the Vergnano family. The area surrounding the distillery is covered with juniper bushes, and they are what inspired Carlo Vergnano and his master distiller Beppe Ronco to develop the gin formula. The basic ingredients of Malfa Originale are local juniper, cinnamon bark, coriander, angelica and licorice roots and lemon, orange and grapefruit peel, and the base spirit is wheat spirit. After distillation, the gin undergoes cold filtration and is diluted with local mountain water to 41% abv.
In the palette of Malfy Originale, juniper comes to the fore and, despite its intensity, does not dampen the herbal notes interwoven with citrus, in particular orange and lemon. Malfy Originale is a classic of the genre, tasting great with tonic and a slice of lime or in a traditional Martini.

The basic ingredients of Malfa gin are local juniper, cinnamon bark, coriander, angelica and licorice roots, as well as lemon, orange and grapefruit peel, and the base spirit is wheat spirit. In the formula of Malfa Con Limone presented here, the main role is played by lemon peel, about 20% of which comes from the Amalfi coast, while the remaining 80% comes from Sicily.
Malfy Con Limone bursts in the mouth with lemon (similar somewhat to Limoncello) while the other classic gin ingredients (juniper, coriander or licorice) remain somewhat in the background; only the addition of tonic makes their presence more strongly felt. This gin served with tonic looks better garnished with a sprig of rosemary or thyme instead of citrus.
