A blended malt whisky, composed of spirits produced with malted barley in traditional copper pot stills at Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries in Japan. Matured in traditional oak casks, some of which from European oak, which had been used to store sherry.
Nose: Distinctive sherry influence, cherries, chocolate, furniture varnish, white pepper, chilli, tangerines.
Palate: Sweet and creamy. Cherries in chocolate, some sourness, quite a bit of hot spices, white pepper, finally fruits.
Finish: Long, with some hot spices.
