Paddy is one of the most popular Irish whiskey brands. It was named after Paddy Flaherty, a shop assistant who promoted whiskey in Cork since 1882. Paddy is produced at Midleton Distillery, located near Cork in southern Ireland. It is a triple distilled whiskey composed of approx. 50% malt spirit. The whiskey takes about 7 years to mature in white American oak casks. It is one of the most creamy and smooth Irish whiskeys, perfect for any occasion.
