The Hankey Bannister brand was introduced in the 1880s but little is known about its original formula.
The company was founded by Beaumont Hankey, flamboyant London socialite and his astute business partner Hugh Bannister. Since 1988 the brand has been part of Inver House Distillers portfolio (now subsidiary of ThaiBev). Hankey Bannister is a main blend in the Inver House range and in recent years the company has invested heavily in the brand. Partner’s Reserve 21 years old was created by the company master blender Stuart Harvey. The new presentation was designed by Hunter Premium Packaging. Here we have the newest expression of Partners’ Reserve, launched in December 2018 with a limited run of 3000 bottles.
