Evan Williams is the best selling bourbon brand from Heaven Hill Distillery portfolio. It is made from mashbill of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley.
Along with standard bottling every year the company, as the only bourbon producer, releases single barrel vintage expression. The vintages vary slightly but so far the quality has been pretty consistent. Barrels for that bottling usually come from the top floor of the warehouse Y. The initial release comprised 1986 Vintage; the 2010 Vintage presented here was bottled in 2018. Evan Williams is currently the third most popular American whiskey brand with annual sales of 2.3 million cases (2017).
