Crown Royal has been by far the best selling Canadian whisky brand with over 7 million cases sold annually worldwide. In recent years Diageo, the brand owner, spent a lot of money and marketing efforts extending Crown Royal range.
The Noble Collecton was introduced in 2016 with a launch of Cornerstone Blend, in 2017 Wine Barrel Finish followed. Blenders’ Mash is the third installment to the series and the oldest age-statement Crown Royal to date. It was created by master blender Mark Balkenende, inspired by one of the flavoring whiskies used in the brand’s signature De Luxe expression. Blenders’ Mash has been distilled from mash of 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley and aged in American oak barrels for 13 years.
