Blue Label, the ultra-premium expression of Johnnie Walker, was created by the brand master blender Jim Beveridge in 1992 with its main components being Caol Ila, Royal Lochnagar and Mortlach.
We’ve heard that even a dash of 1923 Auchtertool malt from long gone Lowland distillery was added to the original formula. A quarter of the Century later the Blue Label remains benchmark of its category and keeps growing strong. Year of the Dog celebrates the Chinese New Year, which starts 16.02.2018 and is inspired by a special bond between man and a dog. The limited edition was created with collaboration with multi-award winning Taiwanese artist, Page Tsou. In 2018 the Chinese New Year design will follow the Striding Man around the world as he celebrates with lanterns, fireworks and dancing dragons.
