Parker’s Heritage Collection was launched in 2007 as a tribute to the company long-time master distiller Parker Beam.
Parker, a grandnephew of Jim Beam, worked for Heaven Hill since 1960 until he lost his battle to ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) in January 2017. The 11th Edition of Parker’s Heritage Collection has a special meaning, it was released few moths after his death. It is 11 years old straight bourbon bottled in single barrel form (our bottle was filled from barrel # 5016041). All barrels came from Parker’s favorite Datesville warehouse. The bourbon is bottled at generous 61% abv and without chill-filtration. Heaven Hill Distillery donates $10.00 from each bottle sold to the ALS Association.
