Straight from the Cask series offers Edradour malt aged in ex-bourbon casks, finished in wine barrels and bottled at cask strength.
The whiskies are presented in handsome wooden boxes. Straight from the Cask is a perfect example how wine and whisky can complement each other. The Sherry Cask expression however is an exception to the rule. The whisky distilled on November 24, 2006 was aged solely in ex-sherry butt (no. 386). Bottled at natural strength of 59,3% abv on May 22, 2017 with an outrun of 971 bottles.
