Bodega Torres was founded in 1870 in Vilafranca del Penedès, a unique region of Catalonia. Ever since it became the first area in Spain to use stainless steel vats and cold fermentation equipment. The wine growers of Penedès have been making excellent modern wines from a mix of native and French grape varieties. This has been possible because of the variety of altitudes, lands and micro-climates found in the region, which foster the ideal growth of the different grapes. Mas Rabell is the name of 45-hectre farm in the High Penedès owned by the Torres family, from which they source some of their best fruit. Torres Mas Rabell wines are very popular in the entire Europe, they offer good quality for competitive price.
Torres Mas Rabell Blanco 2015 is a blend of Parellada and Garnacha Blanca varieties made without any wood aging.
It is a summer, refreshing wine with notes of apples, pears and peaches and hints of fennel, perfect to serve with grilled vegetables, grilled fish or pasta dishes.
Recommended serving temperature around 10ºC.
