Glen Moray Classic debuted in 2008, soon after French company La Martiniquaise acquired the distillery. Classic replaced 8 years old expression, which was part of the core range for a decade.
However Classic does not carry age statement the distillery claims that it comprises whisky aged for 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels. Glen Moray is a pleasant unsophisticated whisky, perfect introduction to the complex world of single malts.
