AnCnoc single malt is produced in Knockdhu Distillery situated in the picturesque village of Knock in Aberdeenshire, in the north east corner of Scotland. The distillery is equipped with one pair of stills and running at full capacity can produce 2 million liters of spirit per annum. Since 1988 Knockdhu Distillery has been owned by Inver House Distillers and mainly supplies malt to the company blended whisky portfolio. Within the last decade the owners put a lot of money behind the brand and their efforts paid off with sales increase to almost 200 000 bottles annually. AnCnoc 24 years old was introduced in 2015 as a replacement to 22 years old expression. Alike its younger sibling it is a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks bottled at 46% abv.
